Dr. Beth Houf is the proud principal of Capital City High School in Jefferson City, Missouri, and co-author of Lead Like a PIRATE. With more than 18 years of leadership experience across elementary, middle, and high schools, she brings a well-rounded and passionate perspective to education. Beth is deeply committed to building school communities where every student and staff member feels seen, heard, and valued. A national speaker and education advocate, her work has been featured in The Washington Post, Education Week, and NPR.
